The teaching and management in higher education cannot be separated from communication.Effective communication in the management of universities is a key link and basis of the management and decision making.The paper,based on combing the literatures and results of management communication in the world,tries to summarize the achievements in the study of management communication in the universities in China and some problems,hoping to be of referential value for the study of effective management and the depth and width of communication.
