摘    要:某钞票纸业有限公司废水生化处理系统出水COD≤70mg/L,SS≤12。为进一步深度处理回用于钞票纸生产,采用双膜法(超滤+反渗透)工艺对二沉池出水进行深度处理现场生产性验证研究。试验结果表明,经双膜法处理后的出水水质:COD≤5,SS≤0,电导率〈10。浊度≤0.2。达到并优于钞票纸生产工艺用水要求。

Abstract:The water of one banknote paper company is biochemically treated,with COD≤70mg/L and SS≤12mg/L.To further treat the paper for reuse in production,the two-membrane processing,ultra-filtration and anti-osmosis,is adopted in the treatment of the water in the second-time desilter.Experiments show that after treatment,the COD is below 5,SS below 0,the conductivity below 10 and the burbidity below 0.2,meeting the requirements of the paper for banknotes.
