The management of safe production in hydraulic projects is very important in protecting the workers safety and health and developing the productivity, and it may also guarantee the sustainable, stable, quick and healthy development of the socialist economy of China. Therefore, it is top priority for us to control and reduce the accidents in construction to the maximum. The paper explains the experience in the management of safe production concerning the issues in the new situation and the actual construction of Xi＇an Hydropower Station in Zhecheng of Shanxi.
