| 摘 要： | 本文利用"国务院城镇居民基本医疗保险试点评估入户调查"数据,通过有序logistic回归模型、普通最小二乘回归模型、列联分析等方法,分析了自城镇居民基本医疗保险实施以来,现有的三大基本医疗保险对居民经济负担的综合影响情况。实证结果验证了居民基本医疗保险对居民的医疗经济负担均有不同程度的下降。不同的模型和指标选取会造成略有不同的分析结果,这对经济负担、基本医疗体系的研究有一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the combined influence of the existing three basic medical insurance to reduce the economic burden on households since the implementation of urban resident basic medical insurance, by drawing upon data from the survey on pilot evaluation of urban resident basic medical insurance given by the State Council of China as well as the methods of ordinal logistic model, ordinary least square regression and contingency analysis etc.. The empirical results indicate that residents＇ family economic burden has been reduced in various degrees after its implementation. The analysis result will be different with various selections of model and index, which is good to the study of economic burden or basic medical insurance system |
