试论中国高等教育改革的新趋向

21世纪是知识经济的时代，中国做为世贸组织正式成员国，不仅在经贸活动，而且在教育领域，也必须服从WTO规则的约束。故此，中国的高等教育改革必然会出现：教育观念更新，教育实施产业化以及真正实施以培养国际化、现代化、人文化的人才为核心内容的素质教育。
