| 摘 要： | 采用三维环形旋转探针对离子束进行扫描，可以探测到２个束流截面的大小和位置；还可以由二截面参数的比较估算出附近的聚集梯度。该装置能够比较全面地反映束流的特性。

| Abstract: | A three-dimensional toroidal probe has been adopted for sampling an ion beam. It can monitor the intensity and position of two beam profiles and can also predict the focus gradients around the profiles by comparing the related parameters.The experimental results bear out that the characteristic of beam can be demonstrated more completely with this device. |
