超薄铝带坯快速连续铸轧浇嘴内腔结构的水模拟研究

摘    要:为了能研制新型超薄快速连续轧机的浇嘴系统,分析其内部铝液的液动状况,建立其流动的数学模型,对现有浇嘴系统提出改造方案,根据国内某厂的资料和参数,设计并制造了浇嘴系统模型,通过在模型腔内适当设置纵向和横向阻流坝的水模拟研究,优化了浇嘴内部的结构,为铝液流动数学模型的建立提供了数据,并提出了改造方案.

Abstract:In order to make the new tip of thingauge highspeed roll casting,analyse the flow of aluminum liquid inside the tip, establish the mathematical model of aluminum liquid, advance the new scheme to improve old tip, we designed and made the model of tip according to the means and data of a civil factory. Some proper transversal and longitudinal bulkheads were set in tip for test. The structure of tip was optimized. An amount of data were provided for mathematical model of aluminum liquid and advanced the new scheme of tip.
