硬阔叶树材真空干燥初探

摘    要:<正>本文对硬阔叶树材的真空干燥进行了初步探讨,经过反复试验提出了能有效防止试材开裂的表面冷却法,并对真空缩短干燥时间和表面冷却防止试材开裂的机理作了重点论述。本文根据理论阐述和实验结果认为,采用表面冷却的间歇真空干燥法(冷却间歇真空干燥法),既能大幅度缩短干燥周期,又能有效地防止试材的干燥开裂,是解决硬阔叶树材干燥问题的较好方法,有一定的推广价值。


A TENTATIVE EXPLORATION OF THE VACUUM DRYING OF HARD WOOD
Abstract:Vacuum drying of hard wood has been tested and after repeated tests, a method of surface-cooling which can effectively prevent the crack of wood has been arrived at. The paper focuses the discussion on the mechanisms of shortening drying time in vacuum drying and preventing cracks in surface-cooling. The test resutls show that the method of intermitent vacuum drying with an additional surface-cooling process, can not only greatly shorten drying time but also effectively prevent wood cracks, so it is a good method to solve the crack problem long existing in hard wood drying.
