摘    要:研究了放射形土壤杆菌 (Agrobacteriumradiobacter)Q94 15胞外多糖PS_94 15的分子结构 .PS_94 15是由D -葡萄糖、D -半乳糖组成的中性杂多糖 ,其摩尔比为 0 .83∶1,含有乙酰基和丙酮酰基 .其重均分子量 Mw=2 0 .7× 10 4 u ,数均分子量 Mn=18.2× 10 4 u( Mw/ Mn=1.14 ) .PS_94 15为典型的热敏胶 ,其θm=90℃ .PS_94 15溶液在温度变化时有构象转变 ,凝胶为无定型网络结构 .

Abstract:The molecular structure of PS-9415, an exopolysaccharide from Agrobacterium radiobacter Q9415, is researched. It was found that PS-9415 is a kind of heteropolysaccharide containing D-glucose, D-galactose, pyruvic acid and acetyl groups. D-glucose and D-galactose are in the approximate molar ratio of 0.83∶1. The average weight molecular mass (w) of PS-9415 is 20.7×104 u, average number molecular mass (n) is 18.2×104 u, and w/n is 1.14. The PS-9415 gum is a typical thermo-sensitive polysaccharide with θm=90 ℃. The conformational transformation of the PS-9415 sol was observed. Furthermore, the PS-9415 gel is a non-crystalline network.
