| 摘 要： | 首先建立了评价国家竞技体育实力的8大指标.在指标权重的确定方法上,分别运用夹角余弦法、系统聚类法和变异系数法给AHP群决策中每位专家赋予不同的权重,然后,结合专家权重对各专家判断矩阵的权重向量进行加权平均,得出各指标的综合权重.最后,以北京奥运会成绩为例,从定量角度对世界主要体育大国的竞技体育总体实力做出科学评价.
