摘 要: | 运用Gerchberg叠代方法,对采集的不满场条纹进行外插处理,直到变形条纹的傅里叶频谱的能量集中在正负一基频周围,消除两基频的相互混叠。计算机模拟证实,采用以上方法可以提高FTP的测量精度。

Using Gerchberg iteration to eliminate edge errors in Fourier transform profilometry |

Abstract: | By using method of Gerchberg iteration,the field-unfilled stripes collected are done outer insert treatment,until the energy of deforming stripe Fourier frequency spectrum is gathered around the positive and negative-base frequency's as to eliminate the overlapping of the two base frequency.Computer simulation proves that the above method increases the measuring accuracy of FTP. |
