| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性鼓膜穿孔准确的诊疗方法．方法对58例患者的鼓膜穿孔，其中双耳18例，单耳40例的病因诊断及治疗进行分析，患者采用综合疗法进行治疗．结果总有效率达94.82%，结论我科采用血液光量子疗法取得显著的效果．UBI安全、有效、简单、方便．

| Abstract: | objective:In order to to discuss the accurate diagnosis and to improve curative effect of the traumatic perforation of the tympanic membrane. Method:We adopted Vltrariolet blood irradiation(UBI)therapy added conventional pharmacotherapy to treat 58 cases of the injury perforation of tympanic membrane.Result:The general effective rate was94.82% and there was no complication.In control group we adopted conventional pharmacotherapy only,the general effective rate was 77.59%.There was significant difference between experimental and control groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:The results showed that the UBI is a safety,effective;simple and convenient therapy for the injury perforation of tympanic membrane. |
