| 摘 要： | 安徽省最靠近东部发达地区,具有优越的地理区位.在"中部崛起"的背景下,实现城市的和谐发展对提高省域的可持续竞争力十分重要.在城市和谐发展内涵阐述的基础上,提出了城市和谐发展的综合评价指标体系、评价方法等,对安徽省内17个城市的和谐发展水平以及系统和谐性做出评价和分类评析,并从经济、社会、环境角度给出了相应的政策建议.
