摘    要:冲击式压实机由于其冲击轮结构的特殊性,使得工作时对牵引要求很高,难以与现在的施工机械配套.特别是五边形冲击压实机所需牵引力很大,且所需牵引力的变化幅度也很大,牵引车合适与否直接影响到产品设计目的的能否实现.因此对冲击式压路机在工作时对牵引力的要求进行科学准确的分析计算就显得十分必要.分析了五边形冲击式压实机在各种工况下所需牵引力的计算方法,并对具体实例进行了仿真分析,提出了改善牵引状况的有效方法.

Abstract:Impact compactor,for whose active wheel’s structure is special,it requires highly for the traction force when working,and it is difficult to suit for the machine in working on today. It needs more traction force and the traction force which needs also changes bigger specially for Pentagon Impact Compactor. So scientific and accurate analysis and calculation on the requirement for traction force is necessary when the impact compactor is working. The text analyses the calculation method of Pentagon Impact Compactor’s need in all kinds of work condition. It wages simulation analysis for concrete example and introduces the effective method for improving traction condition.
