超细木粉粉碎机电主轴的过盈配合量

摘    要:为了保证发电用超细木粉粉碎机主轴达到精确的动平衡,针对内装式电主轴的工况条件,依据材料力学和弹性力学理论,分析电主轴的配合特性,推导出电主轴在静态和动态条件下的过盈量公式。分析表明,电主轴过盈配合量由静态分量和动态分量组成,低速时动态分量可以忽略,主轴的过盈量由静态部分确定;高速时主轴过盈量受离心力影响较大,主要由动态部分确定,离心力是影响过盈配合量的主要因素。
