教育幸福之二重维度解读

摘    要:幸福是一种主观的心理体验。界定教育中的幸福则要从教育的本质入手,教育是一种双向的交流活动,教育的幸福要从人际关系中去寻求。成就感是教育中幸福的关键所在。教育过程幸福和教育结果幸福一起构成了教育幸福的二重维度,教育过程幸福是结果幸福的必要条件。教育结果的幸福是一种应然的追求,而非一定能够达到的实然状态,教育过程幸福则是现实的必然要求。

Abstract:Happiness is a kind of subjective psychological experience.In order to define the well-being of education we must start from the essence of education,education is a kind of exchange activities between humans.We should seek the well-being of education in the interpersonal relationships.Achievement sense is the key to the education happiness.Educational process happiness is the necessary premise of educational result.Educational result happiness should be a matter of pursuit,not a real run state must be able to achieve,the education process happiness is the inevitable demand of the reality.
