德国双元制与日本产学合作的比较研究

摘    要:从形成背景、主要实施形式及为了顺应时代所作的改革等方面对德国双元制职业技术教育和日本产学合作职业技术教育作分析比较,找出其中一些共同点和差异以及对我国发展职业技术教育的启示。

Abstract:Both German Dual System and Japanese Production and Education Cooperat ion are regarded as successful examples. Because of their better flexibility, pr acticality and adaptability to the society, the two vocational models can both m eet the needs of social and the economic development for the talented persons. T he two models have also made great contributions to Germany and Japan in the dev elopment of economics, science and technology. In this article the two models ar e compared with each other in forming background, main forms and reforms. Some s imilarities and differences are found. These can give us lots of reference when we study the two vocational education models to develop our vocational education according to the specific situation of our own country.
