摘    要:提出了一种以单片机为核心的光电池测试装置设计方案,给出了硬件电路及测试软件设计结果.采用程控电子负载和外部补偿电源,实现了光电池伏安特性、开路电压和短路电流等参数的测试与计算.采用虚拟仪器开发环境,开发了系统人机界面,实现了测试过程控制及电池基本参数输入,具有测试曲线和数据报表显示以及测试报告生成等功能.实验表明,该装置具有测试数据准确、信息输出完整、操控方便等优点,可以用于光电池性能的测试与分析.

Abstract:The scheme of solar cell test equipment based on single- chip computer was proposed. The results of hardware and application software design and debugging were given By programmable electronic load and external compensation power, the test and calculation of primary parameters such as voltage -current character, open circuit voltage and short circuit current could be realized. The man- machine interface was developed under the virtual instrument development circumstance. Through this interface, the control of test procedure and the input of parameters of cell could be implemented, and the curve, data list and report could be displayed and created. The experiments indicated that the equipment has the advantages of data accuracy, information integrity and convenience of operation. It could be used to character test and analysis of solar cells.
