大型钢锭凝固过程的计算机模拟

摘    要:本文分析了钢锭-锭模系统的各种边界以及浇注过程中的热交换,应用直接差分法,建立了考虑浇注过程中热交换情况的大型钢锭凝固数值模拟方法,提出采用辐射传热处理钢锭、锭模边界产生气隙后的边界条件。最后应用所编程序计算了60t钢锭的凝固温度场,计算结果表明,显式直接差分法进行凝固数值模拟,单元剖分简单,计算方便。60t钢锭的计算温度场符合钢锭的凝固趋势。

Abstract:The method of computer simulation of solidification process in large steel-ingot is established according to directed difference principle in which heat transfer in teeming process of liquid metal is considered. Boundary condition between ingot and mould is treated by radiation heat transfer when gas gap exists between them. Temperature field of solidification of 60t steel-ingot is calculated using devoloped computer program. The result of simulation indicates that application of directed difference principle in simulation of solidification process makes the formation of mesh simple and the calculation convenient. The calculated temperature field of solidification of 60t ingot conforms to the trend of solidification of ingot.
