粗纱在压掌曲臂面上滑动时张力的计算方法

摘    要:本文对粗纱在压掌曲臂面上滑动时的张力进行了分析,按不同的简化方法,列出三种张力计算方法,并将张力计算值与模拟实验测得的数据作了分析比较,从中否定了欧拉公式及圆柱面上斜向滑动张力公式二种误差较大的计算法,肯定了较精确的简化圆环计算法.这对于纺纱生产中精纱张力的研究和锭翼压掌结构的设计有实际参考价值。

Abstract:This paper analyses the tension of roving as it slides over flyer presser arm during spinning. Three formulas are given according to different models. The calculated data are compared with those measured in simulant experiments. Experiments confirm that the tension formula derived from simplified torus surface will bring relatively more accurate results. Euler's formula and formula derived from slant sliding of yarn over cylindrical surface have significant errors,unsuitable for the present case. The present study can provide a sound ground to correct assessment of roving tension on flyer frame and in designing the flyer presser construction.
