南京市公益性社会体育指导员队伍履职现状及对策研究

采用问卷调查和实地访谈等方法,对南京市公益性社会体育指导员的履职情况进行了调查.结果表明,目前南京市公益性社会体育指导员的履职现状与社会要求还有一定的差距.参与社会体育指导的人数相对偏少,指导次数偏低,时间短,指导场所与指导项目相对局限,指导动机复杂,再学习缺乏.

Nanjing Commonweal social Sports instructors Team Role and Present Situation and Countermeasure Research

The methods of questionnaire survey and fieldinterview,since the situation of commonweal social sportsinstructors in nanjing were investigated. Results indicatedthat the role and status quo of commonweal social sportsinstructors,nanjing city,there is still a gap with the socialrequirements. Participation in social sports guidance isrelatively less,the number of guide frequency is low,thetime is short,relatively limited guidance place and guid-ance project,guiding motivation is complex,and lack oflearning.
