河南省新建本科院校体育教育专业应用型人才实践能力现状调查与对策研究

运用文献资料、访谈调查、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法，对河南省新建本科院校体育教育专业应用型人才实践能力的现状调查，分别从教学能力、科研能力、裁判工作能力、组织体育活动能力和业余训练能力等方面进行研究。结果表明：教学能力需要加强；科研能力薄弱；裁判工作理论与实践脱节，组织体育活动和业余训练能力缺乏实践锻炼。河南省新建本科院校体育教育专业的人才培养应当转变思想，更新理念，大力推进教育教学改革，以应用型人才培养为根本，以能力培养为抓手，着力培养具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型体育教育人才。

Studying on Situation and Countermeasures of Appli-cation-oriented Talents Practice Ability for the P. E Education Major in Newly-build Undergraduate Course Universities of Henan

the student＇s teaching ability, scientific research ability, referee work ability, organized ability for sports activities and spare-time training ability etc. . The result shows that the teaching ability needs improvement, the scientific re-search ability is bad, the referee ability is pool, and the organized ability needs exercise of practice. The idea which application-oriented talents training for the P. E ed-ucation major should be change in newly-build undergrad-uate course universities of Henan. Promoting education and teaching deeply reform. Comply with the ability edu-cation idea. It is the goal that training the application-ori-ented talents of P. E education major with enterprising spirit and practice ability.
