少数民族传统体育与现代生活质量的提升

少数民族传统体育是维系民族地区群众健康、社会情感和社会结构稳定的给养脐带。为此，通过文献资料、历史比较、逻辑分析等方法管窥少数民族传统体育与民族群众生活质量的历史与现实关系，可以发现少数民族传统体育活动在现代社会生活里依然具有促进少数民族群众健康相关生活质量、体现社会民主自由、创造经济机会、搭建社会机会平台、构筑社会安全保障、规范社会文化价值观和守卫地域环境等多元价值功能，是当前少数民族地区群众提升生活质量有益手段。因此，建议政府及相关部门从加强引导少数民族群众体育参与；充分发掘民族地区优秀文化资源，因地制宜，合理、有效配置公共体育服务资源；培育和发展与少数民族群众社会生活紧密相关“共同体”组织；打造“民族文化精品”，营造民族传统体育文化氛围等方面入手提升少数民族地区群众生活质量。

Therefore, recommendations from Government and related departments to strengthen guided participation of ethnic minority sports,full cultural resources in ethnic areas, suit measures to local conditions,rational and effective allocation of public sports resources, closely related to the cultivation and development of ethnic minority people in social life“community” organizations to create“a fine national culture” and other areas, creation of national traditional sports culture,enhance the quality of life of people in the minorty areas.
