功能性力量训练对大学生上肢本体感觉的影响研究

摘    要:目的:采用Ariel Dynamics运动解析系统分析功能性力量训练对大学生上肢本体感觉敏感度的影响。方法:以名身体健康,无运动系统疾病和心理疾病的男性大学生(19.85±0.75岁)为研究被试,实验组进行每周次,每次选取个动作,每个动作 s练习时间,重复练习组(动作之间不休息,组间休息s)。对照组不进行锻炼,分别对被试在实验前,实验中,实验后两周进行测试,应用重复测量方差分析对测试结果进行分析。结果:实验组在经过周的功能性力量训练后,其肩关节,肘关节本体感觉敏感度得到提升。结论:4周功能性力量训练对于提高大学生上肢本体感觉敏感度具有统计学上的显著性意义;而且影响趋势呈现上肢的远离躯体的一端效果高于靠近躯体的一端、且在四周训练中随着功能性力量训练时间的增加其精准性越来越显著。

Abstract:Objective:This study uses Ariel Dynamics mo-tion analysis systems analysis of Functional upper body strength training for college students feel the impact sensi-tivity. Methods:20 healthy,disease and mental illness col-lege sports system(19.85 ± 0.75 y) were tested for the study, the experimental group performed three times a week,each selected five movements,each movement 30s practice time,repeat the exercise five groups( between ac-tion does not rest,rest between sets 60s). Exercise control group,respectively,were tested before the experiment,the experiment,two weeks after the test to test. Results:The functional strength after a period of training,the shoulder, elbow proprioceptive sensitivity has been improved. Con-clusion:four weeks of functional strength training for im-proving the sensitivity of college students with upper limb proprioception significant statistically.
