| 摘 要： | 立足于国内外足球项目心理准备方案研究，剖析了足球运动员重要的心理特性，并对足球比赛前、中、后期常用的心理比赛程序及其要点进行了综述性归纳，在归纳心理准备程序总体特点的基础上，对国内女子足球未来训练的执教要点提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This research aimed at analyzing the character-istics of mental preparation model in football sport both domestic and aboard. The mental preparation and training model during different periods of training were listed and the most needed factors of football players were analyzed. advice was offered to the future training of football teams for mental ability enhancement. |
