摘    要:目的:通过进行不同运动方式对女大学生实验的研究,寻找能减少腹部脂肪的有效方法。方法:采用仰卧起坐和快走两种方式对超重的女大学生进行减肥实验,对减肥效果进行测试和评价。结果:不做任何运动的一组(A组),腹部脂肪率基本没变(P﹥0.05)。只做仰卧起坐的一组(B组),腹部脂肪率有一定的减少(从31.84±1.56减少到31.15±1.57),只快走的一组( C组),腹部脂肪率也有一定的减少(从32.83±1.88减少到31.16±2.12),但通过对B组与C组运动前后腹部脂肪率的差值比较后,两者并无明显差异(P﹥0.05)。快走和仰卧起坐间隔进行的一组( D组),腹部脂肪率有明显的减少(从32.40±2.10减少到30.03±1.85),其减少量大于只快走或只做仰卧起坐的一组,且具有统计学意义( P ﹤0.05)。结论:快走一类的有氧运动加上专门针对腹部的运动,可以明显减少腹部脂肪。

Abstract:Objective:Through this study of different training interference on female college students, founding a useful way to decrease abdominal fat. Methods:Brisk walking and being on one.s back-and-up are employed to test and evaluate the weight-losing result of female college students. Resilt:A group of students do not do any exercise ( group A ) , and their dates have no change ( P ﹥0.05) . A group of students only do being on one.s back- and-up( group B) ,and their dates are decreased( reduced from 31.84 ± 1.56 to 31.15 ± 1.57 ) . A group only does brisk walking(group C),and their dates are decreased, too( reduced from 32.83 ± 1.88 to 31.16 ± 2.12 ) . But they have no difference(P﹥0.05). The other group does brisk walking and being on one.s back-and-up by turns ( group D ) , and their dates are significantly decreased (reduced from 32.40 ±2.10 to 30.03 ±1.85),and more than the group only doing brisk walking or being on one.s back-and-up( P ﹤0.05 ) . Conclusion:Aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking, plus being on one's back-and-up can decreases abdominal fat significantly.
