低碳钢丝软化退火工艺研究

摘    要:本文对民用鞋钉用低碳钢丝软化退火工艺进行了研究.试验研究及生产实践证明,将原采用的750(?)780℃退火温度降为650℃±10℃再结晶退火,产品质量最佳.

Abstract:The main point of this article is the study of the technicai skill of low carbon steel wire softening annealing used in the civil shoe nnails. The test study and production practice prove that the temperature 750'C - 780'C used previously is reduced to the temperature 650'C and then making recrystallization annealing. The quality of products is excellent.
