江西省乡镇卫生院现状分析与发展对策

目的了解江西省乡镇卫生院一般情况和设备配置情况,为卫生行政部门合理配置乡镇卫生院资源提供参考。方法采用普查的方法对全省乡镇卫生院性质、院长竞聘情况、用房、人员和设备情况进行调查。结果全省乡镇卫生院院长竞聘上岗率为44.60%;危房面积占业务用房面积比例为33.50%;乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员中,高、中、低、无职称分别为0.86%、13.96%、66.68%、18.50%。本科、大专、中专、无学历分别为1.60%、20.28%、61.66%、28.08%。临床、护理、防保人员三种卫技人员各占57.53%、26.28%、16.19%;66.38%的临床医生具有执业医师资格,83.28%的护士具有执业护理资格。乡镇卫生院主要仪器设备装备率只有49.59%,救护车装备率最低为7.69%。结论必须提高乡镇卫生院院长竞聘率,改善卫生院危房情况,提高卫生技术人员素质,调整卫技人员的专业结构,改善卫生院设备落后的状况。

Analysis of the current situation and developmental countermeasure in township health center in Jiangxi

Objective:To understand the general situation and device outfit situation in Township health center in Jiangxi Province,offer reference for the fact that government's hygiene administrative department disposes resources of Township health center rationally.Methods: Survey Township health center's general situation(nature of Township health center,the situation of president competition,house state,personnel structure) and equipment state in whole province.Results:The rate of competes for president of Township health center in the whole province is 44.60%.The dilapidated house proportion which account for the business house is 33.50%,the professional title of vice senior and senior's proportion is 0.86%,the intermediate is 13.96%,the elementary is 66.68%,no professional title is 18.50%,there are 1.60% staffs who have undergraduate credentials,20.28% have junior credentials,special secondary school is 61.88%,and the rate of no academic credentials is 28.08%.Among the hygiene technical staffs,the proportion of the clinical? nursing and preventive staffs is 57.53%?26.28% and 16.19%,The outfit rate of main equipment is 49.59%,the lowest is ambulance 7.69%.Conclusions:Must be raise the rate of competes for president of Township health center in the whole province.Improve the situation of the business house.Enhance the quality of hygiene technical staffs,adjust the distribution of the unreasonable professional structure.Increase government's investment.Improve the outfit rate of equipment.
