小波降噪在齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:以JZQ250型号齿轮箱为实验对象,根据实际状况下齿轮箱的故障机理和振动特点,通过小波变换将振动信号分解为位于不同频段和时段内的成分,使干扰信号和有用信号位于不同的频带内,将干扰信号所对应的那一阶小波系数置零,进行信号重构,再得到降噪后的信号.作包络功率谱分析,能有效地对齿轮箱故障进行诊断分析.

Abstract:In this paper,the type of the gearbox JZQ250 is made as test object.We can apply the wavelet transform to decompose the vibratory signal into several elements,which are located in different frequency fields and different time fields,so the vibratory signal can be denoised.It is an effective and reliable method to analyze signals and diagnose gearbox by Hilbert power spectrum analysis.
