| 摘 要： | 应用型人才培养目标是地方高校办学的中心任务.艺术设计专业大学生的就业形势不容乐观,很多原因不能简单归结为"量"的冲突,"质"的需求矛盾更能折射出教育的缺陷,本文从地方高校实际存在的问题入手,从实践教学改革的层面探讨应用型人才培养的实践方法.

| Abstract: | Local universities aim at cultivating application oriented talents.However,the situation of graduate employment is not optimistic in art design major.A number of reasons can not simply come down to the conflict between quantity and the demand of quality which can well reflect the defects of education.Starting with certain problems,the article explores practical teaching methods on training applied talents from the level of reforming. |
