开放式管理促进微生物学实验教学

摘    要:分析了传统管理模式下微生物实验教学存在的缺陷,提出了将开放式管理应用于微生物实验教学的基本原则。实验室开放式管理有力的促进微生物学实验教学,所培养的学生技能和知识掌握扎实,解决问题的能力提高,并且沟通和协调能力也得到锻炼。

Abstract:The existing limitation of microbiology experiment teaching under traditional laboratory management model was analyzed. And the basic principles that put the opening management into effect in microbiology experiment teaching were proposed. Opening laboratory management could effectively promote microbiology experiment teaching. The trained students solidly mastered the technological skill and knowledge,their ability of solving question improved,and they were also cultivated in communication and coordination aspect.
