Development & Utilization Optimal Models for Mountain Agricultural Economic Resources and Structural Optimization of Human-Nature Relationship

Rational utilization of mountain agricultural economic resources is concerned with the major issues of mountain agricultural economy and the sustainable development of mountain environment. Based on the optimal models for utilization of the mountain agricultural economic resources and the systematic structural optimization of human - nature relationship, this paper describes the goals of mountain agricultural economic development and the optimal plan, then points out the development program of mountain agricultural economic system and re- source system, finally the paper makes a conclusion that the natural technology is not the unique tool to solve the social engineering problems, and the combination of social technology and natural technology is the effective way to solve the social engineering and natural engineering.
