对电缆内部缺陷无损探伤的研究

摘    要:用X射线透射原理来探测高压电力电缆内部缺陷,在国内是一种新的尝试,试验证明,这种探伤对电缆本体不存在任何破坏,属无损探伤,可以有效地发现电缆中的集中性缺陷,而以地分散性缺陷,尚不易判断,随着X射线对电缆不同材料不同厚度穿透率的掌握,以及实验技术的不断完善,这种无损伤解决范围将日益扩大,其在电力系统中将会有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:It's a new attempt in China to probe the innerfault of high power cables with X-ray technique.It is proved that this method is nondistructive and can effectively find the centralized flaws.Along with grasping of the knowledge about the penetrability of X-ray upon the cables of different materials and thicknesses and improving of this test technique continuously,the scope of applications of nondistructive flaw detection will be extended day by day,and it will be widely put to use in the power system.
