隔板絮凝池水流结构对水质浊度影响的探讨

摘    要:对传统往复隔板絮凝池所存在的水流条件不理想而造成的能量分配不合理、水头损失过大等问题,提出了将絮凝池拐角及隔板断面设计成圆弧 形的方案,对现有絮凝池与改进后池形的水流结构进行了分析研究,就两种方案的不同进水流量、不同原水浊度及投药量时的水质浊度做了测试,同时还对不同方案及进水流量和加矾量出水浊度的关系进行了探讨。研究表明,改进后的方案可改善絮凝池中不合理的水流结构、降低水头损失、缩短絮凝时间,是达到高效絮凝的有效途径。

Abstract:In view of the inappropriate energy distribution and too much hydraulic headlosses under the poor flow conditions of conventional reciprocal partition board flocculation basins,an arc design for the corner of flocculation basin and the section of partition board is proposed, and the flow structures of the conventional and improved flocculation basins are studied.Meanwhile water turbidity for different flows,different turbidities of raw water,and different doses of coagulant is tested for different flocoulation basins, and the relations between the dose of coagulant and the turbidity of precipitating tank for different methods are discussed.It is indicated that the arc design is an effective way to improve flow structure,to reduce hydraulic headlosses,and to shorten flocculation time.
