人力资源管理实践与知识共享的作用机制探讨

摘    要:人力资源与知识资源被认为是知识经济时代企业保持竞争优势的两大战略性资源。基于场(Ba)的人力资源管理实践与知识共享之间并不是简单的、单向的因果关系,而是存在一种双向的互动机制。两者之间作用机制的探讨,为进一步揭示企业人力资源管理实践对组织绩效的作用机理提供了依据。

Abstract:Human Resources and Knowledge Resources are considered two strategic resources of enterprises to maintain competitive advantage in the knowledge-based economy.The interaction between Human Resource Management Practice(HRMP) and Knowledge Sharing(KS) is a hot topic in the research of current HRM&KM.Through the analysis of present literatures,this paper introduces the Ba theory which is closely related to HRMP and KS,and constructs a theoretical model which is based on the Ba.The paper’s conclusion is that HRMP and KS isn’t a one-way causal relationship,but a two-way interaction mechanism.
