山西焦化循环经济工业园区案例研究

介绍了山西省焦化工业园区建设分布及经济发展的现状，针对现存的能耗高、效益低、污染重、产品附加值低等问题．分析如何将循环经济理念和手段引入园区建设中。从而建立园区企业层面上的小循环、区域层面上的中循环、社会层面大循环，以推动山西焦化工业园区走集约型、资源高效利用的循环经济发展之路。研究采用案例研究方法，从中发现焦化循环经济工业园发展的经验与问题，对未来发展提供借鉴。

Research on Case of Industrial Park of Shanxi Coking Circular Economy

In this paper, the authors introduced distribution and status of economic development of industrial park of Shanxi coking. Aiming at existent problems of heavy energy consumption, low benefit, heavy pollution and low added value of prod- uct, the authors analyzed how to put circular economy into construction of industrial park in order to build small circular of industries level, middle circular of area level and big circular of society level, which promote development of Shanxi coking industries with circular economy of intensive and high efficiency of resource. Finally, the authors found experience and prob- lems of development of industrial park of circular economy of coking industries, which provide reference for future develop- ment.
