| 摘 要： | 根据忻州地区两县的城镇地籍实际工作，对全国2009年全面展开的第二次城镇土地调查工作进行了分析和总结．对建库过程中的实际操作方法，数据库建设的方案以及在此过程中应注意的问题，提出了一些看法。
