A Study of the Transfer Channel of Rural Surplus Labor in Western Regions

Presently, the issue of rural surplus labor is an important factor that perplex rural economy in western regions and thus perplex the rapid economic development of China. This paper probes into the characteristics of rural sarplus labor and restricting factors in western regions, then suggests some countermeasures.
