摘    要:利用水力模拟试验,研究了西南某高水头水电站机组技术供水系统用水轮机代替减压阀的问题。用水轮机代替减压阀,在水轮机转轮后面串联长的供水管路系统和用水设备,是一种新的装置、试验表明,这种装置仍然能像通常水轮机那样在任何导叶开度下稳定运行,水轮机在飞逸情况下不会出现供水管路中水压过高现象。用水轮机代替减压阀的方案是可行的。

Abstract:Through hydraulic analog experiment, the paper deals with the problem of substituting a turbine for a relief valve in a certain technical water supply system of a high head hydropower unit in Southwest China. It is a new apparatus substituting a turbine for a relief valve by introducing the connection of a series of pipe systems of water supply and water consuming devices behind the runner. The experimental results show that the proposed turbine apparatus can steadily run under any guide vane opening like the conventional one, and the turbine will not result in the over high water pressure in the water supply pipes in the case of runaway. Therefore, it is feasible and reliable to substitute the turbine for the relief valve.
