| 摘 要： | 为防止MOSFET从导通状态到关断状态过程中拖尾电流(tail current)引起的直流输入端的贯穿电流,在单相阶梯波调制逆变器交流输出的正、负波形之间插入一个为零的小间隙.建立了这种调制方案的数学模型,分析了失真指数(DF)、总谐波失真(THD)等主要参数.

| Abstract: | To prevent the tail current,which might cause the cross current in the DC input terminals,when MOSFETs switch from on-state to off-state,a small zero level gap is inserted between the positive waves and negative waves of the AC output in the stepping level single phase inverter.Mathematical models are established,major parameters such as the distortion fact(DF) and total harmonic distortion(THD)are analyzed. |
