常压微波等离子体谐振腔的研制及应用

摘    要:本文报导了一种新型表面波激发微波等(?)于体谐振腔,介绍了谐振腔主要部分的构造和设计要点,并与圆柱形和矩管形谐振腔的基本性能进行了比较,用该谐振腔作光源,研究了常压(?)和氩微波等离子体在原子发射光谱、原子吸收光谱和气相色谱分析法中的应用。

Abstract:A novel surface wave excitation microwave induced plasma discharge cavity was developed. The construction and performance of main parts are described. The characteristic of surface wave excitation microwave induced plasma discharge cavity was compared between the characteristic of cylindrical cavity and torch cavity. The application of He and Ar microwave induced plasma in atomic emission and atomic absorption and gas chromatography analysis was studied under microwave induced plasma discharge cavity as light source.
