| 摘 要： | 测定了苏丹鱼对7种常用药物的敏感性,其安全浓度由小到大分别为强氯精0.337mg/L、铜铁合剂0.425mg/l、鱼虫克星0.864mg/L、高锰酸钾0.941 mg/L、甲醛36.26mg/L,亚甲基兰、敌百虫分别在15mg/L、2mg/L浓度中240h未出现死亡。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the sensitivity of Leptobabus hoevenii to 7 common fish medicaments.The experiment results showed that the safety concentrations of TCCA,the mixture of cupri sulfas and ferrosi sulfas(ratio5:2),Fenvalerate,potassium permanganate,liqour formaldehyde were 0.076 mg/L,0.337 mg/L,0.425 mg/L,0.864 mg/L,0.941 mg/L,36.26 mg/L respectively.All the fishes survived in the solution of methylene blue of 15 mg/L concentration and dipterex of 2mg/L concentration for 240 h. |
