| Abstract: | This paper has proceeded from the financial affairs work of the local institu-ions of higher learning to introduce the-design and process concerning automation of handling financial affairs work on an improved computer KH-A7 made in China This system has gone into operation nearly for a half year. It has proved to be of a good result, and it has deen weecomed dy users. |
