个性与发展个性教育

文章在归纳人们对个性的种种不同理解的基础上 ,从教育学、心理学、人才学的角度阐述了个性就是经过教育、规范之后的具有目标意义的特定形态的观点 ,借鉴人们关于人的“智商”、“情商”、“灵商”的研究成果 ,明确提出并深入论述了发展个性教育本质上是发展人的心灵教育的观点 ,并从人的终极关怀和社会发展要求上提出了发展个性教育对人的全面发展以及疗治“社会之病”的现实意义。

Individuality and Developing Individuality Education

This article argues that individuality means the particular qualities resulting from education and regulation and carrying objective significance,based on various views on individuality from the perspectives of pedagogy,psychology and talents study.The essence of developing individuality education is developing spiritual intelligence on the basis of researches on IQ,EQ and SQ.Developing individuality education is of practical significance to the full-round development of human beings and the treatment of social diseases,meeting the demands of ultimate care and social development.
