湛河提篮式拱桥空间静力分析

摘    要:以平顶山市湛河提篮式拱桥为工程实例,采用Ansys有限元软件建立了该提篮拱桥的空间有限元计算模型,分析了拱肋、系杆梁及吊杆等主要构件的受力与变形性能.计算结果表明:该提篮拱桥各构件的受力与变形基本关于跨中对称;全桥除端部2根吊杆张力较小外,其余吊杆张力分布较均匀,具有较大的安全储备;拱肋、系杆梁总体处于受压状态,在吊杆位置处弯矩发生变化,剪力产生突变;全桥以竖向位移为主,最大竖向位移发生在拱顶,拱肋横向位移偏向桥梁轴线方向,系杆梁竖向位移较小,基本维持在水平状态,该提篮拱桥各方向位移数值均小于规范规定的要求,桥梁线形控制较好.计算结果可为同类桥型设计提供参考.

Abstract:The Zhanhe Bridge which locates in Pingdingshan is an X-shaped reinforced concrete arch bridge.In this paper,to analysis the static mechanical properties of the bridge,spatial finite element model was built by adopting ANSYS software.The internal forces and deformations of arch ribs,tie beams and suspenders were calc-ulated.The results show that the internal forces and deformations of the members of the bridge are symmetrical on the whole;the distribution of the tension of the suspenders is uniform with large safety stock excluding the two at the end of bridge;the arch ribs and tie beams are in compression as a whole,and the moment changes and the shear mutates at the location of the suspenders;the deformation of the whole bridge gives priority to the vertical deformation,with the largest one locating on the top of arch ribs.The traverse deformation of arch ribs lean to the axis of the bridge,and tie beams keep horizontal basically because of its small vertical displacement.Therefore the displacements of each direction of the bridge are all far smaller than the standard of criterion,and the geometry characteristics are well controlled.The conclusions can be helpful for the design of the similar bridges.
