摘    要:讨论了一类具有多个运作方和维修方的同质设备维修优化问题(MFMP),并将该问题描述为一动态规划问题.通过数值算例,对MFM与基于条件的设备维修管理(CBM)进行了比较.结果显示对同质设备使用MFM策略可以获得更多收益.

Abstract:Different from reliability-centered management, for fleet management it is not only important to consider the hazard but also the current capacity, backlog and so on. In fleet management the decision to repair a specific machine not only depends on its condition but also the condition of all other assets in the fleet and the current service environment. In this paper, a series of problems on optimal policies for one of multiple fleet maintenance (MFM) problems have been studied and it is formulated as a dynamic programming problem. Taking some numerical examples, we've compared MFM with condition-based maintenance (CBM). The results show MFM is really superior to CBM.
