摘    要:实践教学环节的管理质量直接影响着高等工科院校的人才培养质量。本文在就目前实践教学现状进行分析的基础之上,提出应加强实践教学的过程管理,并给出了具体的解决措施。重点针对实践教学成绩评定中普遍存在的科学性、客观性不足的现象,提出了切实可行的改进方案。

Abstract:The management of hands-on teaching influences directly the quality of engineering oriented higher-education.On the basis of the analysis of the present hands-on teaching,reinforcing process manageemnt is suggested.Some specific methods to resolve the problem are given.A feasible solution is put forward to in order to assess and evaluate the achievement in this phase of teaching more scientifically and objectively.
