摘    要:文章将证据理论应用于公务员的绩效评价,提出了一种基于证据理论的公务员绩效考评方法;基于证据理论的相关概念和决策程序,根据已掌握的相关证据,构造出识别框架,在此基础上确定出基本可信度分配函数和信度函数;然后构造出绩效函数,用于比较绩效的大小,并进行了相关的实证分析。

Abstract:The Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is applied to civil servants' performance evaluation,and a method of civil servants' performance measurement based on the evidence theory is presented.The frame of discernment is constructed according to the evidence collected and the concepts and decision-making procedures based on the evidence theory.The basic probability assignment functions and the belief functions can be obtained according to the evidence and the frame of discernment.The performance function is constructed,and the performance of civil servants can be compared.Empirical analysis is also made in this paper.
