摘    要:从国内外现状研究入手,在了解问题症结的基础上,探索了新的思路,提出了人力资本当期价值理论,构建了人力资本价值计量系列模型,实现了6位价值计量一体化,巧妙地分离人力物力贡献价值并将价值指标和非价值指标有机结合融为一体,实现了人力资本价值计量研究的重要突破和创新.

Abstract:Starting from present-day research achievements at home and abroad,and on the basis of the sticking point of the issue,the paper works out a new way,puts forward the value theory of manpower capital,and builds up a series of value measurement models of manpower capital.By these the unification of 6-digit value measurement has been realized,the contribution value of the human resources and material resources creation is nicely separated,value index and non-value index is well integrated.Therefore the value measurement of manpower capital has got an important breakthrough.
