| 摘 要： | 提出近代科学规范是实证性和理性的结合,指出生物信息学的兴起是生物学理性化的一个重要阶段,讨论了对生物学的理性化的4方面质疑:生命系统的整体性和理性化,逻辑推理方法和理性化,生命系统的随机性和理性化,以及复杂系统的简化模型方法和理性化。对生物科学的理性化作了简短的展望。
